Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our vessel holds limited seating, and many of our tours sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. This will allow us to offer your spot to other customers. You may call us at 941.504.5350 any time to cancel. Your $100 deposit is NOT refundable. If you do not cancel with at least a 24 hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least a 24 hour notice. We will not grant a rescheduling request if the request is made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour. If you wish to reschedule, and you contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled tour, your spot will still be held in the original tour time, no rescheduling will be granted, and you will lose any payments you have already made. If you are looking to reschedule and you have not reached the aforementioned 24 hour cut-off to reschedule, call us at 941.504.5350 to reschedule your tour time and date. Your $100 non-refundable deposit as well as any payments made will be transfered to the new tour time and date. Any payments already made will be recoverable, not including your $100 non-refunable deposit.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Q&A

We get it, life happens. We run late, things pop up, or we just forget. Not to worry. We do what we can to remind you by sending you an email/text message 24 hours before your tour to remind you to show up.

Q: Why can't you refund me if I don't show up?

A: We have a limited number of seats in our tour. When you purchase a seat and neglect to show, this disallows someone to book on our website. We try to provide a lot of time slots for people, and it wouldn't be fair to others if we allowed cancellations to happen with no repercussion. At the submission of payment, you are responsible to fill that slot.

Q: Why can't I reschedule 24 hours or less, before the tour?

A: Our cut off time for signups are 12 hours sharp before the day and time of the tour. This is so we know how many supplies we need, and how many employees to have on the vessel. When you attempt vessel, but it will definitely deprive a potential group from being able to sign up, and party with us. When you purchase a tour on our website, you're responsible to fill that time slot, unless you reschedule within our generous rescheduling window, in respect to your booking time.
